India vs Indonesia: Satendar Bankura, Oloan Silalahi fight at ‘Brave 20: India’

India and Indonesia are among the 11 countries that will be represented at “Brave 20: India” at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad, India on December 22, 2018. It is the second event of Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion Brave Combat Federation to take place in India.

“Brave 20: India” will feature nine MMA matches. The second bout of the evening will be between two promotional debutantes Satendar Bankura, 33, of Delhi, India and Oloan Silalahi, 29, of Bali, Indonesia.

Blue Corner

Silalahi will make his professional MMA debut at “Brave 20: India.” He is training out of Bali MMA.

As a martial artist, Silalahi trained in wrestling, wushu and boxing. He previously participated in a national wresting training for the Southeast Asian Games.

Red Corner

Bankura has been competing professionally since 2012. “Brave 20: India” marks his sixth professional MMA bout.

Before joining Brave CF, Bankura competed in five bouts in Super Fight League, winning three. He is coming out of a two-bout losing streak.

Silalahi and Bankura will battle it out in the middleweight division at “Brave 20: India.”

In the co-main event of the evening, John Brewin, 24, of Auckland, New Zealand faced Anas Siraj “The Moroccan Sensation” Mounir, 32, of Morocco in the lightweight division.

In the main event, Leon Aliu, 29, of Reggio nell’Emilia, Italy and Sidney “The All-American Kid” Wheeler, 22, of Dalton, Georgia will compete in the middleweight division.
