Brazil and Indonesia were represented at “ONE: Dreams of Gold.” ONE Championship held the combat sports event at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on August 16, 2019.
Featured on the “ONE: Dreams of Gold” card were seven mixed martial arts fights and seven ONE Super Series contests, which were three kickboxing matches and four Muay Thai contests. The 10th bout of the evening was between Alex “Little Rock” Silva, 36, of Brazil and Stefer “The Lion” Rahardian, 32, of Indonesia.
Including Brazil and Indonesia, 19 countries were represented at “ONE: Dreams of Gold.” The others were Cambodia, China, Cuba, Cyprus, France, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Russia, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Silva solely represented Brazil. Rahardian was one of the three fighters who represented Indonesia.

Rahardian has been competing in ONE Championship since 2015. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialist and a protege of Carlson Gracie.
“ONE: Dreams of Gold” marked Rahardian’s 11th ONE Championship bout. He is training out of Jakarta Muay Thai and MMA Training Camp in Jakarta, Indonesia and Bali MMA in Dalung, Kuta Utara, Bali, Indonesia.
Red Corner
Born in Brazil on October 10, 1982, Silva has been competing as a professional MMA fighter since 2011. A Copa de Mundo BJJ World Champion, he joined ONE Championship in 2012.
“ONE: Dreams of Gold” marked Silva’s 11th ONE Championship bout. He is training out of Evolve MMA in Singapore.
Results
Silva and Rahardian competed in an MMA contest in the strawweight division. Yoshinori Umeki served as the referee.
Umeki put a stop to the strawweight contest after 4 minutes and 55 seconds in the second round. Silva locked in an armbar to force Rahardian to tap out.
Winning at “ONE: Dreams of Gold” improved the professional MMA record of Silva to 8 wins and 4 losses. Also, Rahardian now has 8 wins and 4 losses.
