Aidamir Magamatov, Maksat Musabaev, Bakhtiiar Navruzov to represent Kyrgyzstan at 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships in Bahrain

2019 IMMAF-WMMAA World Championships

Kyrgyzstan will have three representatives at the 2019 International Mixed Martial Arts Federation-World Mixed Martial Arts Association Senior World Championships of Amateur MMA. They are Aidamir Magamatov, Maksat Musabaev and Bakhtiiar Navruzov.

Magamatov will compete men’s flyweight division, which is at 56.7 kg (125 lbs). Including him, there are 27 fighters competing in the division.

Both Musabaev and Navruzov will compete in the men’s heavyweight division, which is at 120.2 kg (265 lbs). Including the two, there are 24 fighters competing in the division.

The 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships will take place at the Khalifa Sports City Arena in Manama, Bahrain from November 10-16, 2019. Audience entry to the arena is free.

Under the auspices of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, the combat sports event is hosted by the Bahrain MMA Federation (BMMAF). The action will be streamed live internationally at IMMAF TV.

Including Kyrgyzstan, 49 countries will be represented at the 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships. It will be held in parallel with the 2019 Junior World Championships.

Check the complete list of fighters participating in the 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships on Conan Daily. All of the athletes on the list are still subject to medical and administrative clearance.

On November 10, 2019, there will be a tournament draw and the competition will run from November 11-14, 2019 and on November 16, 2019 starting at 11 a.m. (UTC +3) each day. All matches will take place under Unified Amateur MMA Rules.
